  • How long will I receive my shipment?
    At Queen Vibes, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for our products. For interstate shipping, we aim to deliver within 3-5 business days of having the item in stock, and all orders come with a tracking number for your convenience. However, please note that some unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy to monitor your package's progress. For international shipping, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. The shipping fee for international orders is $19.99, but please note that this may vary depending on the country being shipped to. As with interstate shipping, we provide a tracking number for international orders as well. At Queen Vibes, we take pride in our products and customer service, and we will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.
  • Does your booking services include wigs?
    No, our booking services at Queen Vibes do not include wigs. Our wigs are purchased separately.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
